This M42 mosaic is made from 77 frames, taken just after Christmas 1999. I had just gotten the 80mm f/5, and this was the test. I didn't have any baffling in the camera at the time, so the density varied from place to place on the mosaic. You can see the horizontal lines that divide the image into 4 areas. I had to finish this, because the detail is just amazing, for a QuickCam.
